When my friend Tanya first invited me to an Obama house meeting, I was reluctant, to say the least.  The meeting was scheduled for a Sunday, and although I often work seven days a week, I had recently gotten into the “Sunday Funday” summer spirit, pool party hopping on the regular. 

Please don’t hump my leg with that bad @$$ Mustang or Camaro your brother/uncle/friend used to own and if that rusty sh!+ box in your backyard that isn’t worth a tow bill to the junkyard still fuels your fantasy of retiring on Easy Street, then fµ©k off.  I’m not a snob, I’ve just suffered fools long enough.  Real collectors understand what a piston is, who designed their car, and what automotive heritage means to current or past products. 

The Audacity of Hope contains Barack Obama’s plan for “a more perfect union.” No punches are pulled as Obama scrutinizes the faults of both liberals and conservatives alike. He is unflinching as he praises and criticizes aspects of the Reagan and Clinton presidencies. He is even, on occasion, courteous to the current administration, when the majority of his readers would revel in a bout of ‘Bush bashing.’

One of my favorite mottos is, "Good people, Good Music and Good times” which is exactly what Colorado’s electronic music massive delivers.  I can promise big, BIG, big changes to the Denver electronic club scene early in 2008 including a brand new nationally sponsored nightclub venue!

It comes as no surprise that the president and publisher of Denver’s premier nightlife magazine is as recognizable on the streets as Berretta was in whatever city it was he lived in. Kojak too.
