When it comes to all things Eire here in the mile high city, one name comes to mind--John Nallen. And so Nallen’s (the place) stands as a pinnacle part of the ‘Emerald isle’ here in Denver. With tradition a way of life here and a fantastic pub smell (seriously, I love the smell of a good pub, not to be mistaken for the smell of stale beer...)

It’s reminiscent of a night in Paris with romance in the air. You navigate your way from Larimer Square and through a small corridor you discover a hidden courtyard. Here, tucked away from the bustling city, is the quintessential French Bistro: Bistro Vendome.

In Portuguese they say “Uma andorinha so’, nao faz verao”, which translates “one sparrow alone does not make a summer”. But, two sparrows and those erotic, exotic flavors at Café Brazil can make it feel like summer at least for the rest of the night.
