Imagine a clothing store that allows you to buy, sell, or trade your quality duds without the traditional consignment feel. Not only are you recycling textiles, which reduces waste, but you are also succumbing to an endless array of vintage, designer and one-of-a-kind items. Without a doubt, the most eclectic clothing selection and unique blend of threads inhabits the walls of Buffalo Exchange.
Since 1974, Buffalo Exchange is responsible for providing a little bit of everything for those with a passion for fashion. The story behind Buffalo Exchange began in Tucson when Kerstin and Spencer Block decided to open the first store of its kind, which took clothes on consignment. Owner Kerstin, a Swedish immigrant, felt the word "buffalo" sounded very American, and since it was an "exchange", the store's name was born. Because everyone's style is individual, there is not one genre satisfied, which, in essence, makes Buffalo Exchange timeless. After over thirty years and over thirty locations, there is no wonder why Buffalo Exchange continues to eclipse the Denver fashion scene with worthy finds and an environmentally sound cause. Well done.
